By creating an account or using WCAG Checker ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

The Service

WCAG Checker scans websites you designate for accessibility issues against WCAG guidelines and reports the results. You are responsible for having the right to scan any URL you submit.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to scan sites you do not have permission to scan.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or authentication controls.
• Do not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
